What did these guys do for those medals?

They haven’t been in a war for over 60 years so I presume these medals must be for something else. The chests are so full they have started to adorn their trouser legs. The guy to the right of the speaker even has one hanging off his fly, one can only guess what he got that for. We probably shouldn’t joke about this serious situation but all you would need to defeat these North Korean officers would be a giant  magnet
