As a committee chairman Rep. Darrell Issa (R-CA) adjourned a House Oversight Hearing on Wednesday in which embattled former IRS official Lois Lerner pleaded the Fifth in a hearing about the agencies abuses, ranking member Rep. Elijah Cummings (D-MD) lashed out at Issa and other Republicans on the committee. Issa had cut Cummings microphone, but Fox News had captured some of the footage of Cummings' protest.
