Bozell: Obama's Budget Further Proof 'He Has No Intention of Balancing Our Books' | CNS News

Speaking as chairman of the nonprofit ForAmerica, Media Research Center Pres. Brent Bozell bashed Pres. Obama's latest budget for being a rehash of past flawed, failed proposals:
"President Obama finally got around to submitting his budget - months after the legally-mandated deadline - and it's another clunker full of tax increases, giveaways to his corporate cronies and even more spending during a time of fiscal crisis.
The president's budget is further proof he has no intention of balancing the nation's books, Bozell says:
After running around the country for years asking for a 'balanced approach' to the shambolic budgetary situation he has made worse during his time in office, his budget never actually balances. So, after previous budgets got zero votes in Congress, the President has shown once again that he has no intention of balancing our books.
Bozell calls the budget "a cruel joke" on the very people Obama's policies have hurt the most:
"This budget does absolutely nothing to steer us back toward fiscal sanity, nothing to generate growth that would help lift 50 million Americans out of poverty and off food stamps.  This budget is a cruel joke on those who have suffered the most under Barack Obama."
