The New York Times published a mapThursday eveningdepicting the number of individuals that obtained health insurance under Obamacare.
From 2010 to 2015, in excess of 19millionAmericans obtained health insurance coverage directly from key provisions of Obamacare.
The largestgainsin health insurance coverage were in California, Florida, Texas and New York. States that saw the lowest number of insurance gains include North Dokata, Washington, D.C., Wyoming, New Hampshire and Rhode Island.
Lawmakers are currently weighing three proposals: the Better Care Reconciliation Act, a bill that would institute full repeal of Obamacare without a replacement and the skinny repeal. Thus far, senators have shot down two during procedural votes Tuesday and Wednesday.
