ISIS Claims Responsibility For Paris Terror Attack

The Iraq and Syria based terror army ISIS has claimed responsibility for the horrific terror attacks across Paris last night.

Early this morning, French President Francois Hollande announced ISIS was responsible for the attack. At this point, the attack appears to have been planned abroad and carried out by ISIS cells operating in France.
