Sebelius on Obama's Responsibility for Launch Failure: 'Whatever'

Testifying on Capitol Hill on Wednesday, Secretary of Health and Human Services Kathleen Sebelius got testy with legislators questioning who was ultimately responsible for the failure of the Obamacare website. Rep. Greg Harper (R-MS) said, “The president ultimately is responsible. While I think it’s great that you’re a team player and you’re taking responsibility, it is the president’s ultimate responsibility, correct?”

Sebelius answered in Mean Girls fashion: “Um…you clearly…uh…Whatever. Yes, he is the president. Yes, he is responsible for government programs.”
