House tears down Obama 'failometer' - Washington Times

Rep. Steve Stockman, a conservative Texas Republican, said Tuesday that House officials have banned him from posting a billboard tracking President Obama's failures in office.
Mr. Stockman announced the "failometer" on Monday, posting the 10-foot-long billboard on the wall of the corridor outside his congressional office. His opening score rated Mr. Obama a failure rate of 1,194 — on a scale of 1 to 1,000.
