Sen. Rand Paul Introducing Bill to 'Nullify' Obama's Executive Action on Guns | CNS News
(CNSNews.com) - Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) says he plans to introduce a bill next week that "will nullify anything the president does that smacks of legislation."
Paul spoke with Sean Hannity Wednesday night, hours after President Obama signed 23 executive orders on gun control.
Paul said several of those executive orders appear to be a case of Obama writing new law.
